Finally, we conduct another interview to guarantee an all-around fit.

Timeline

The recruitment process typically takes 3-5 days to get your ideal assistant. Our PhysioVA assistants continually learn and grow, participating in weekly refresher training while working for you, ensuring consistent skill improvement.

Primarily, they are registered Physical Therapists (PTs) in the Philippines with relevant experience. They may also hold certifications in admin assistant or social media maketing.

We conduct thorough NBI background checks, provide HIPAA-training, and verify their computer systems for security and connectivity standards.

The ideal way to work with a physioVA depends on your specific needs and tasks.

We recommend the following software for their efficiency and security, but our PhysioVA can certainly adapt to the software you’re currently using in your clinic:

• Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for patient records
• Zoom or Google Meet with Workspace for secure video conferencing
• Google Drive with Workspace, a HIPAA-compliant cloud storage service
• Online fax management solution, like Updox or eFax
• VoIP solutions, such as RingCentral or 8×8, for internet-based phone systems

Our pricing is straightforward! We provide flat-rate hourly pricing.

At $ 10 per hour, if 40 hours per week, with no contracts, setup fees, or hidden charges.

We bill weekly, each Monday, with the flexibility to cancel anytime.

Each PhysioVA working with Physiova has undergone thorough vetting, background checks, and holds HIPAA training certificates, emphasizing their commitment to data security. We also verify their professional licenses, photo ID, and address. It is recommended that you have the virtual assistant sign a Business Associate Agreement, as you would with any other contractor accessing PHI. Periodic HIPAA security audits should be conducted, treating PVAs as any other system user.
